We strive to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service so please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received a damaged product or incorrect item.

A photo must be provided for the damaged item/s. Proof of purchase must be shown in order to qualify for a full refund of the product. We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement has been issued on certain items and it some cases the cost of freight of returning the item will be the customers responsibility.

If you change your mind or simply aren't happy for any reason, you can simply return your unopened product for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. If that was purchased in-store, you need to head back to the original store you purchased and don't forget to bring in your receipt or rewards card.
