What is Australian Benefits Program?

Australian Benefits Program is a program that rewards and recognises you for being with us. As a customer with a Australian Bio membership, you can earn points based on your eligible spend. You can use your points towards eligible discounts on products and services.

You can also access great membership benefits depending on your levels.

Does it cost anything to join the program?

You can join Australian Benefits Program at any time with no joining fees.
However, your eligibility must be revised and approved by Australian Bio. International customers in some countries or regions may be eligible for this program.

How long does it take for points that I earn to appear in my points balance?

For points earned by paying your order, it typically takes effect immediately at the time that Australian Bio receives your payment. For bonus points or points earned on offline purchases, it may take up to 24 hours to appear in your points balance.

If I redeem a reward, will my points be deducted immediately?

We deduct your points immediately when you redeem rewards.

Why are my points expiring?

Any awarded point more than one year old will expire and be removed from your account.

If I transfer my expiring points to another member, will this impact the expiry date?

Points you transfer to another Australian Bio account will keep their original expiry date.

The order I used my expiring points on was cancelled, and the expiry date has lapsed. What do I do?

If you’ve already placed your order but we couldn’t fulfill it (if the item was out of stock), we’ll refund your points. If your order is cancelled within 1 weeks of your expiry date, or if your expiry date has lapsed, we’ll give you until your next anniversary to use the refunded points.
